Our story
Specialist care, brought together on purpose.
Good care is built on relationships. It depends on a support worker who knows the person they visit, a coordinator who knows the family, and a local team that has been there long enough to be trusted. That is difficult to build and easy to lose.
CaringGroup was formed around a simple idea: bring specialist care businesses together, take the administrative and compliance weight off them, and leave the care relationships untouched. Each brand keeps its name, its people and its way of working. The group provides the systems, governance and support behind them.

Being part of a group should show up as better rostering, faster answers on compliance, stronger clinical backup and more room to train people well. If it does not show up in the quality of care, it is not worth doing.
That is the test we apply to growth. New brands join because the fit is right for the people they support and for their teams, not because scale is an end in itself.
